Deputy Dean (Faculty)

The Deputy Dean (Faculty) is Professor Paul Kofman. Professor Kofman is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of the Bachelor of Commerce and the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) programs. The position provides leadership in curriculum, program development, student support, knowledge transfer (relating to undergraduate learning and teaching) and ensuring a high quality experience for students.  A critical element of this position is the development of a collaborative relationship with other faculties offering new generation undergraduate programs. Deputy Dean (Faculty) is also responsible for Faculty wide academic staff related matters.  The Deputy Dean chairs all non-professorial academic confirmation, promotion and selection committees. 

The Deputy Dean oversees the Commerce Student Centre and the Teaching and Learning Unit.
