Bi-monthly e-newsletter for Commerce Alumni | Issue #13 June 2011

Dear Alumni

In May we celebrated the outstanding achievements of our students at the Dean’s Awards Ceremony 2011, representing the top 3% of students who have performed with exceptional academic distinction.

The Faculty's innovative Career Mentoring program was also launched - now in its sixth year and with approximately 55% of mentors being alumni, it offers current students a unique and practical insight into the professional world through one-to-one mentoring.

Finally, we have been doing a bit of redecorating in our building at 198 Berkeley Street, complete with a new Honour Board acknowledging our major donors, board and council members. And just in time for Melbourne Open House on 30 and 31 July! MOH celebrates Melbourne's hidden wealth of architecture and engineering - if you haven't seen The Spot yet, please do come along and visit us.
