Submission and Committee Dates 2012
The FHEAC reviews ethical applications each month. Applications for ethical clearance are to be submitted to the Committee Secretary by the submission date indicated below to ensure papers are circulated to members well in advance of the scheduled meeting date.

Please Note:
- Applications must be submitted via Themis and then in hard copy by the due deadline. Applications will not be accepted if they have not first been submitted via Themis.
- Project within Program applications are approved by the FHEAC throughout the year by circulation, therefore these applications can be submitted at any time.
- Minimal Risk (Expedited) review applications are approved by the FHEAC at the meetings specified above.
- Standard Project applications and Program applications are discussed at the FHEAC meetings, however approval is granted by the HREC at the meetings specified above.
- Any amendments to ethical applications must be completed as soon as possible and returned to the Committee Secretary to provide sufficient time for committee members to reassess the application.
- Data collection cannot commence until ethics approval is granted.
