Robin D Hocking Scholarship
The University of Melbourne and Ormond College offer annually a memorial scholarship, for a fourth year Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) or Bachelor of Arts (Hons) student, or a final year student in Economics
Number
1 place available each year.
Benefits
$8,000 for 2012 and is paid in two instalment in May and October 2012 upon confirmation of enrolment.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be intending to undertake the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Economics or the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics, or be in the final year of the Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Economics
- Candidates must be a resident member of Ormond College (candidates need not to be a resident at the time of application).
Selection
Selection criteria is on the basis of academic merit and interview performance. The selection panel includes 2 economics academics and the Master of Ormond College.

Sucessful applicants will receive an offer letter by the end of December.
